About the Digital Colloquium of Chemistry Students in Portugal 2021The Digital Colloquium of Chemistry Students in Portugal 2021 is scheduled for the 26th, 27th and 28th of March. Its main objective is to disseminate scientific content of high value in various areas of Chemistry. Speakers of recognized international merit will present their work over the past few years and talk about the main challenges in their areas of research.

Since 2013, the National Meeting of Chemistry Students in Portugal has brought together students from all Portuguese universities, with the aim of presenting the sub-areas of Chemistry, from academia to industry. Over the years, it was possible to count on the presence of national and international chemists at this event, who divulged their research work and their experience in Chemistry.
The 2020 edition, which should have taken place in the city of Porto, was canceled due to restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, in order to guarantee the security of the event, we decided to organize it digitally – the Digital Colloquium of Chemistry Students in Portugal 2021. The event is designed to be held online, with free access to all the scientific community, from the 26th to the 28th of March 2021.
The digital version of the Colloquium also allows to guarantee an openness to the scientific community from all over the world, favoring the presence of internationally renowned speakers, and the participation of students from all continents.
This event is organized by the Portuguese Chemistry Students Association (Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Química), an association that represents all Chemistry students in Portugal.
